HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

HOW LONG CAN I STAY AT THE HOSTEL?

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A GROUP?

If you have a large group and you are interested in staying with us, send us a request by mail specifying the dates, number of people and nights, and the purpose of the trip, and if we can attend the request we will send you an offer adapted to your needs .

CAN I BE SURE THAT THE SAME ROOM WILL BE ASSIGNED TO ALL MY FRIENDS?

By courtesy, we usually put all the people on the same reservation together in the same room. but on dates where there is a lot of occupation, it may be the case that we have to separate people. but we are always waiting and we try to locate the guests of the same reservation together.

CAN YOU STAY IN THE HOSTEL UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?

If the children are accompanied by a close relative (parents or siblings) of age, yes.

FROM WHAT TIME CAN I OCCUPY MY ROOM AND AT WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE IT?

Check in is from 2 pm, and check out is until 11 am. You have time to rest

CAN I GET THROUGH THE NIGHT?

Unfortunately, no, check ins are until 11pm at night.

CAN I LEAVE MY BAGGAGE IN CONSIGNA BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-IN?

You can leave your bags with us at the reception if you arrive before check in and after check out.

DO ACCESS ACCESS HALLS AVAILABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

Yes, our hostel is adapted to welcome people in wheelchairs.

CAN YOU ENTER THE HOSTEL AT NIGHT?

Yes, the client has the key to the main door of the hostel, and can arrive at night. do not worry, we have surveillance cameras.

HOW MUCH DOES IT EXPECT TO LEAVE THE ROOM LATER?

If you are very much like to sleep very much, we have an option for you to leave later than 12.00: paying 5.00 € extra, you can stay at 14.00! Ask the reception for late check out.

HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE MY STORE LUGGAGE AT THE HOSTEL?

You can leave your bags with us until 23.00 at the time of check-in.

HOW CAN I ARRIVE TO THE HOSTEL FROM THE AIRPORT / TRAIN STATION / BUS STATION?

The nearest airport is Jerez de la Frontera, and there are connections to the center of Cadiz, where we are frequently located, both by train and by bus. once you have arrived at the train or bus station, you only have to go behind the church in front of you when you are at the traffic light, and you will find us!

HOSTEL SERVICES:

ARE HAIR DRYERS AVAILABLE?

If, as we want our clients to be always handsome, we have hair dryer, ask for it at the reception, and return it when you have finished using it for others to get handsome.

ARE TOWELS IN ALL ROOMS?

We do not include towels in the room, but you can rent them at the reception for a nominal fee of € 1.

ARE INDIVIDUAL OR DOUBLE BEDS?

In the double private rooms the beds are matrimonial as well as in the individual. in the shared rooms, the beds are individual.

DO YOU ACCEPT DOMESTIC ANIMALS IN YOUR HOSTELS?

No, we do not accept pets.

CAN I ASK FOR A DELIVERY IN THE HOSTEL?

DO YOU PROVIDE BED CLOTHES?

Yes, bed linen is included.

CAN I BRING GUESTS THAT DO NOT STAY IN THE HOSTEL?

We have a washing machine and a dryer, with a cost of € 4 and € 3 respectively, with soap included.

DO YOU HAVE BOXES AVAILABLE? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE?

We have lockers in the rooms, and they are free, but you must bring your own lock, or buy it in the machine at the entrance.
