YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITH 24H OF ADVANCE TO THE DAY OF ARRIVAL THROUGH THE EMAIL OF CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION THAT YOU RECEIVE, LESS IN SPECIAL PERIODS AS A HOLY WEEK, CARNIVAL OR OTHER SPECIAL PERIODS. IN ANY CASE, DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS?

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR DISCOUNT CODES?
ONCE YOU ARRIVE TO THE APARTMENTS FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE WILL GIVE YOU A 10% DISCOUNT CODE FOR YOUR NEXT STAY IN ANY OF OUR HOSTELS OR OF THE HOSTELS WITH WHICH WE COLLABORATE IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (CODE NOT APPLICABLE IN THE CITY IN WHICH IS RECEIVED).
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION IF I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD?
YOU CAN NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD. IT IS TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION! YOU WILL PAY DIRECTLY IN THE APARTMENT (EXCEPT SPECIAL PERIODS).
CAN I PAY MY ROOM IN CASH
CLEAR! IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE APARTMENT YOU WANT TO PAY IN CASH, THERE IS NO PROBLEM.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION FROM MY RESERVATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESERVE CONFIRMATION PAST 30 MINUTES HAD BEEN CARRIED OUT, PLEASE CONTACT US, WE WILL CHECK YOUR RESERVATION AND WE WILL RETURN YOU TO SEND.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A GROUP?
IF YOU HAVE A BIG GROUP AND YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ACCOMMODATING WITH US, SEND US A REQUEST BY EMAIL SPECIFYING THE DATES, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AND NIGHTS, AND THE PURPOSE OF THE TRIP, AND IF WE CAN TAKE THE REQUEST WE WILL MAKE YOU AN ADAPTED OFFER TO YOU NEEDS.
CAN YOU STAY IN THE APARTMENT UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?
IF THE CHILDREN ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A CLOSE FAMILY (PARENTS / HERMAN @ S) OLDER, YES. OR WITH PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION OF PARENTS OR GUARDIANS.
