How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation 24 hours before the day of arrival through the confirmation e-mail that you receive, except in special periods like Easter, Feria or other special periods. In any case, do not hesitate to contact us.
What are your cancellation and refund conditions?
We are flexible to make the most out of your holiday: until 24h before the day of arrival (13:00) you can cancel your reservation with us, except during special periods like Easter, Feria or other special periods, do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I modify my reservation?
Of course! Provided it is not within 24 hours prior to the day of your stay and it is not within special periods.
Do you have discount codes?
Once you arrive at the hostel for the first time, we will give you a 10% discount code for your next stay in any of our hostels or partner hostels with in Spain and Portugal.
Can I make a reservation if I do not have a credit card?
It is not possible to make a reservation without credit card, for it is used to guarantee your reservation! You will not be charged until paying directly at the hostel at your arrival.
Can I pay for my room in cash?
Of course, if on arrival at the hostel you want to pay in cash, yes.
I have not received any confirmation of my reservation. what should I do?
If you have not received a reservation confirmation within 30 minutes of making it, contact us, we will check your reservation, and we will send it to you again.
How can I make a reservation for a group?
If you have a large group and you are interested in staying with us, send us a request by email specifying the dates, number of people and nights, and the purpose of the trip, and if we can attend the request we will send you an offer fitted to your needs .
Can I be sure that all my friends will be assigned the same room?
By courtesy, we usually put all the people on the same reservation together in the same room. However, on dates where there is a lot of occupation, it may be the case that we have to separate people. Nevertheless, we are always accommodating to try to place the guests of the same reservation together.
Can they stay in the hostel under 18?
If the children are accompanied by a close relative (parents or siblings) of age, yes.

How much does it cost to leave the room later than expected?
If you like to sleep very much, we have an option for you to leave later than 23.00: By paying 5.00 € extra, you can stay until 13.00! Ask the reception for late check out.

How can I get to the hostel?
How to get to Sevilla Inn from San Pablo airport: take the bus towards San Sebastian, from there take the tram to the Cathedral stop. Behind the Cathedral, you will find the Plaza del Triunfo. Take the first street up called Mateos Gago. Look for No. 15 on the street, next to the language academy "Giralda". The entrance of the hostel is located in Calle Angeles Nº 11 just a few meters from Mateos Gago. Another option is to take a taxi from the airport that will cost about € 35.
From the bus station of the San Sebastian meadow:

Upon request, you may borrow a hair dryer from the reception desk as we always aim for our guests to look and feel handsome.

We do not include towels in the room, but you can rent them at the reception for a nominal fee of € 1. They will only be included in the apartments and private rooms.
Are the beds single or double?
In the private rooms the beds are matrimonial or individual, and in the shared ones they are all individual.
Do you take pets in your hostels?
No, we do not accept pets.
Can I request a delivery to the hostel?
Depending on the type of delivery, yes.
Is linen provided?
Yes, bed linen is included.
Can I bring guests who are not staying at the hostel?
Yes, you can bring guests, but only until 22.00h.
Do you have laundry service? How much does it cost?
We have a washing machine and a dryer, with a cost of € 4 and € 3 respectively, with soap and softener included.
Do you have lockers? How much does it cost to use them?
We have lockers in the rooms, and they are free, but you must bring your own lock, or buy it at the machine at the entrance for a fee.
Can I buy a travel adapter?
No, but we have some at reception to borrow.
Do you celebrate social and business events?

How much does breakfast cost?
It is included and it is made up of cereals, croissants, muffins, white bread and whole wheat. Drinks includejuice, milk, cacao, coffee, tea. Strawberry and orange jam.
